The ability to have a great idea and see it through without red tape or bureaucracy
The casual, yet productive environment. We're getting things done but no one is taking themselves too seriously.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership is a nightmare, company objectives and strategies are constantly changing, and Modus Studios will continue to make horrible games that cost the company millions of dollars each year. Nothing will improve as leadership is the source of the issue.
