- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Being able to expect its shortcomings. Can only go up from there, right?
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The diversity and acceptance It's the one thing that gets pushed for at our company when it comes to its people.
- What did you like most about the interview process?It put a lot of good light on the companies culture and positivity for diversity and acceptance, making it more comfortable for minority and lgbt+ individuals.

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Lack of awareness for human needs/empathy for employees and customers. This could be improved by making quick and easy changes for employees pushing themselves into burnout with high expectations in hitting numbers(ie lower the goals). Focus could then be put into customer satisfaction and save time
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I don't think anything is at the fault of coworkers, when it is the lack of training they get. The company is constantly changing procedures and expects you to keep up with 50+ emails. Give us time to read them and cooperate together and we could actually do better.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Yes. My value is solely based on what numbers I can push, and doesn't take into account what this does to a person's mental health. The company cares more about hitting goals then the people they expect to exceed them.
