Bonus and health benefits, PTO
nothing is best and worst
We are compensated well. That is the only reason anyone stays. We are all miserable.
Insurance and the benefits for me and my family
Vitality is a great way to save on your health insurance. I have not met another company that encourages its employees to exercise to save more on their health benefits/insurance.
Overall benefits are good. Salary adequate
I appreciate the stock compensation, particularly in light of the company's growth over the past 4-5 years.
Review from Finance Dept
The employee stock purchase plan is great!
I did not know I was given the wrong title when I started until the company change over from Kronos to ADP, I saw the I am a computer operations representative, when I should be a computer operations Support.
Review from IT Dept
401k matches and ESOP, PTO is amazing and they take great care of employees
Competitive wages and stock purchase with 15% discount
insurance costs are reduced greatly
Flexibility with our work days
The opportunity to save on healthcare insurance premiums.
The health insurance is nice.
ESP, Bonus, Paid Time Off and EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
401k, pay, bonus, incentives (when available)
We, the employee are the ones making the profit for the company. They keep promoting the same people to manage when they have NO business qualifications or background to support the employee fairly.
Review from Operations Dept
Evaluate the complaints ... take action
Compensation only is all i want
Communication skills goes a long way. Supervisors don't seem to level up with employees, they let leads do what they please so they don't get backlash
i need moooney and candyyy
Company needs to pay employees better to afford cost of living. CEO and corporate executives need a big cut in salaries, the $3000 bonus that was given in 2022 should've been a salary raise instead, considering the fact that people were still working during the height of a global pandemic.
The pay is the same for everyone it doesn't matter how good a job you do bad employees get the same out a good employees no accountability especially for the management team who makes several mistakes.
Starting pay is poor and does not increase with cost of living. Most other pharmacies are paying technicians significantly more.
Review from Operations Dept
Compensations are all over the place. Difference sometimes for the same position and experience is >$100K
Company high medical, dental and vision co-pays
I believe I am currently underpaid by approximately 30K on base salary. A stronger bonus structure (more regularly paid out instead of just annually) would help. Better RSU process would be good and better, more reasonable health insurance coverage would be a huge plus.
Most positions at McKesson arent paid equitably with the market. There is no rhyme or reason for why one person has a higher level of responsibility but tiers lower title and pay than someone with the same level of job and responsibility. There is no MIPS for anyone not in the Executive stream.
Concerns about long distance travelling when tired are not actioned. Poorly planned rotas are ongoing.
Being competable to all the other warehouses for facility tech position
We are union but aren't getting union health benefits. Free premiums through the teamsters union. Always choose same people for certain tasks. Harder workers are made to do more than others. Friends of team leaders get to work on easy jobs. Rotate all employees through all jobs not just some people
Better benefits and a higher salary
Cs needs to start at $18
They still use outdated software and no use for the people who have knowledge on new technologies
they talk down to employees make you count paperwork every freaking day - and do ridiculous reports which keeps you from being able to do your real work
Review from Product Dept
Too much of the equity incentive still flows to the senior executives, and not enough to others across the company to foster a real owner/operator mentality in a meaningful way.
