Review from Engineering Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There have been customer survey's this year by consultants groups and our customers don't think too highly of us either.

Pressure to be perfect, fast, safe, accurate. You could be fired for 3 mistakes but encouraged to work at break neck speed. Doesn't take into account how much pain your in at the end of the day. You sacrifice health for productivity. Work life balance doesn't exist. Needs of co. are first. Shame

Stop letting good workers go due to the tightening of standards

acquiring companies is a good thing but keeping the employees is one area they need to focus

clean house at the mgmnt level

Review from Product Dept

Mckesson has fires many employee on first offense but never had good sop or protocol on what to do. It’s seems to have his

Review from Operations Dept

I feel devalued as a human being and as worker

Review from Operations Dept

Restructure teams so there is enough work to keep everyone busy so I'm not competing with my own team to try to leave early because I have nothing to do.

Review from Operations Dept

Everything. We need to sit down and talk for a few hours. From the top to the bottom needs revamping. Honestly, I'll can fix that department with my eyes closed, and I'll turn things around in a month and make it very profitable. But I'll be fired for telling the truth.

Review from IT Dept

The job is boring and accomplishments are not recognized. We have a management team that does not listen to the people that do all the ground work so that they can reap the rewards.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Corporate needs to understand, the employees are the reason the company is successful.

Review from Operations Dept

When we have growth like mail and specialties we should incorporate S5 and simplification from the start.

Review from Operations Dept

Is too much to put in here

Review from Operations Dept

7-8 hours worth of work taking 10 hrs to finish.

Review from Operations Dept

Lack of communication and don't do well at retaining top talent

Review from Operations Dept

You can’t fix the attitude of other employees. Some people are just miserable.

Review from Operations Dept

Better benefits, pay, and our concerns to be acted upon, not just given excuses.

Review from Operations Dept

Would like to be paid better and not work for a union who doesn’t care about the people who fund it

Review from Operations Dept

Start treating your lower grade employees with respect and at least pretend like our opinions matter.

Review from Operations Dept

McKesson doesn’t value technology. They bought a hodge lodge of healthcare tech companies because they had a footprint in the market and wanted to grow their astronomic drug profits, which don’t reflect any other Marketplace.

Review from IT Dept

It is a secure job, because they are huge in the industry

Extremely fast paced with a lot of change.
