It will never be inproved because from the CEO down, nothing will change. Theres always talk about how things will get better hut they only get worse foe the little people. Leadership does not care, again, even from thr top!
There's so much wrong it's hard to put on here. The only way I think it can be improved is to find leadership who cares and can lead. That's an extremely RARE quality these days.
Management do not listen to the authorities they're all about control and you are there to do what they say and that's it if you don't like what they're saying you can leave that's why there is a high turnover rate I'm pretty sure
Do what you say your going to do in driver meetings and stop blowing smoke. Tired of hearing!!! Start doing!!!
How about not shoring them product every route. My customers complain to me daily. Do you know your customer service department hangs up the phone on them.
Give workers a break and let them go home at a decent hour. We go to work early in the morning and go home so late at night.
Better communication with costumer and delivery on time
better pay and benefits and better work conditions
Everything! You can improve it by gathering feedback from all employees about your leadership and making changes in leadership.

upper management needs to care again. It's not just a job it's a way of life. They need to stand up and be managers if they show pride and concern about the job then their subordinates will follow suit. When they implement a statement say for example everyone will clean up make sure it gets done
