Boundaries of terriotoes, people who have the same position doing things 8 different ways but not for you..... need to listen when you say you have a disablilty.
Loyalty, loyalty, mixd withvsome loyalty
The DCM manager and HR with Mechanics are horrible
Review from Operations Dept
We are all undervalued. You might as well be soitting in our faces the way this company takes care of the people that actually work and do eight by McLane
Benefits are deplorable…I have only worked for 3 major companies including McLane and have never seen such a horrific benefit package…borderline as bad as having none at
Pay is grossly less than hours out in. You are lied to on hire regarding the hours you're expected to work.
Constant 15 hour days are not what I signed up for
Review from Operations Dept
Stealing the food out of the packages
Review from Operations Dept
to be actual co-workers help, suggesting things...not threaten you or lie about you to other co-workers. I had brought this bit up to the supervisors and was pretty much waved off.

You hired a new transportation manager. Ive seen this person one time!!!! She wont even come in at night to introduce herself!!!! Is she better than us drivers!!!
People seem that because they have worked in the company for some years. They are a bunch of lazy people some of them and don,t have any respect for their fellow workers.
Restructure management. Specificaly the HR department.
Review from Operations Dept
These hoes aint loyal, even a little
Management needs to change their employees do not respect Management the place is out of hand and something really needs to be done
Upper management needs to do their job and talk to employees
Get them to understand that people want to go home at a decent hour each day.
Be truthful about working hours
Get some of the people who have worked there for a while do some work because there are quite a few who think now they can do what they want to do when I go to and have no respect for their fellow co-workers
Be honest and tell the truth. Don't "sugar coat" anything
MCLANE TAKES FOREVER FOR THE INTERVIEW PROCESS AND LEAVE PEOPLE HANGING TO THE POINT THEY FIND OTHER JOBS.
It will never be inproved because from the CEO down, nothing will change. Theres always talk about how things will get better hut they only get worse foe the little people. Leadership does not care, again, even from thr top!
There's so much wrong it's hard to put on here. The only way I think it can be improved is to find leadership who cares and can lead. That's an extremely RARE quality these days.
Management do not listen to the authorities they're all about control and you are there to do what they say and that's it if you don't like what they're saying you can leave that's why there is a high turnover rate I'm pretty sure
Do what you say your going to do in driver meetings and stop blowing smoke. Tired of hearing!!! Start doing!!!
How about not shoring them product every route. My customers complain to me daily. Do you know your customer service department hangs up the phone on them.
