What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is my pay rate
Everything it has to offer.
Everything. I get a ton of time off if you count vacation, personal, and that they bank you a holiday every time you work one which gives you at least another week of pto each year, plus the 5 days of sick time you can schedule or use for call ins. BCBS is priced well, plenty of extra options & flex
If you work 17 hours or more you can make money

Mclane has always paid competivly, if not a leader in compensation. I wish they could do some kind of longterm give back to a longterm employer thru the % they match in the 401k. I cannot really complain about the 401k. I would like to see some kind of increasing "match" the longer your an employee
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team work is the main goal
The teammates are amazing and doesn't get tge credit they deserve
How we learn eachother and learn to work together to let each other pass effectively which lets us all select effectively.
Quality folk. But arent lasting long under the current management.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I dont have just one thing its all good
I think it’s all about the people and the energy you bring in the door each day. I bring good energy everyday and encourage everyone and give them tips that have helped me and I think it takes so-so selectors to the next level. Smiling and calling people by name does wonder

Just doing my job. I have worked in customer service, accounting dept, and now account coordinator. Always variety in daily tasks, so I never get bored.
