The best part is Health insurances, annual Leaves, PF and allowances.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my current compensation is slightly below market standards, and the rising cost of living also makes it challenging. Adjusting the compensation to better align with market rates would make me feel more valued
I think salaries should be market competitive
