Individuals were great. Leadership starting at CEO was the problem.

Understand your opinion is heard but nothing will happen beyond that. Just do your job.

Value their employees and treat them as people as opposed to another one coming through the door. If you have that much turn around it’s probably not a talent issue.

It’s limited to set days, but you have complete freedom about those days.
