Within corporate services there is support to continue growth and personal learning through paid conference attendance and certification.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better leadership and communication. Maybe new management
Wipe out the lazy no good middle management and put people that are better educated in higher positions so they can better cater to the client. GET RID OF THE DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES THAT ARE MISERABLE IN THEIR MARRIAGES, TRY TO SLEEP WITH STAFF AND HIT THE BAR AFTER WORK SO GUYS CAN BUY THEM DRINKS.
