We are expected to do more as we receive less and less pay. Realistic goals and compensation like it was 20 years avo would help. Everytime the compensation is changed the reps make less. But they add more responsibilities.

Extremely high turnover rate. Work load increases and employees decrease.

New employees are being paid about the same amount as employees working 10 plus years. And the management team needs to make employees feel valuable

You do the job of 3 people but get paid to only do one job. They don't know how to create a salary that will help people afford the price of living. They changed the pay to have people work overtime but not get paid for it.
Compensation compared to other places is low. Very underpaid.benefits are not the best
It's the market competitive salary rather than fair pay. Once you accept initial offer difficult to get a more significant pay rise.
I get to watch nightly as people do as they please, with no regard to rules. It makes my job harder and I feel I should be Paid more than those others.
