Stop firing loyal workers and disciplining them for a little things for a reason to fire them
Move me to a different position or don't have impossible times to hit in zone 10s
Everything and itcan not be fixed
Medline produce sub-par products, hard to compete with companies such as 3M.
Communication if people were clear about what needs to happen as in if customers understood how the company really work and they didn't just throw people into position and train them. Sitting people in front of a computer is not training them.
Coworkers need to be punished for breaking rules and made to work as hard as others.
