Well for starters receiving at C47 supervisor on safety team needs to be replaced because he bounces around stalking tesm members to create false reports and make up lies to move up. Bad for business. They also fire and suspend people who have accomodations unlawfully all in august

They need better pay and better health benefits

We are expected to do more as we receive less and less pay. Realistic goals and compensation like it was 20 years avo would help. Everytime the compensation is changed the reps make less. But they add more responsibilities.

Learn what a meeting agenda means. Get trained on how to use basic outlook. Dont be afraid to book meetings and actually show up.

Safety meeting individuals do not know safety... instead they instigate the individuals they dont like in order to get them fired. VP threatened management their jobs so when i went to a supervisor at the end of my shift I reported on safety and and compliance... 13 hrs later i got suspended

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company needs to care about their employee's success, not just company profits.

Better communication and engagement with all levels of Employees from Hourly to Sr. Leadership. People will adapt to change if you let them know why and if you are up front about it.

Top to bottom remodel. Overhaul. New management. New outlook
