What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Team leader needs to listen and help

Treatment of employees, with dignity

No one listens to what the staff are saying to the fix problems. Hire more staff so that we don't go home exhausted and aching. Show more appreciation for how difficult it is for staff to stay a float everyday.

They need to be less arrogant, and be more supportive of change.

Communication and workplace diversity. Treating others with kindness

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO GROW AND TAKE ON MORE RESPONSIBILITIES. THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL BE REWARDED, PROMOTED OR COMPENSATED FOR YOUR EFFORTS

My annual salary is about half of the median salary for my position in this field, while also doing the work of 2 jobs (averaging about 60+ hours/week).

We are not getting a pay raise this year and we've been through hell. You can't pay us but you can hire more doctors.

Salary and compensation of sr leaders are inconsistent and not transparent

fast food workers make more than me

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

I WORK WITH THE BEST TEAM. THEY HELP EACH OTHER SUCCEED AND GROW.

Management needs to set an example

My coworkers are great but we are stressed and overwhelmed. Why do the doctors have 89 patients on the schedule? That's just one doctor and not counting the other four that are there. We don't have meetings. I can't remember the last time we did.

Integration of diverse perspectives and prioritization of strategic goals

Learn how to communicate and not talk behind each others backs

Review from Admin Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

More room for advancement for everyone including long term employees.

Yearly pay increases for everyone. More autonomy for providers.

They could start by fixing their falsies operating system and stop blaming the nurses and other staff members who are trying their best to work around a bad system.

Senior leadership only cares about the bottom line, they have zero empathy or compassion which is sort of odd for a major health care operator.

Remove hierarchical corporate culture and value loyalty

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Replace management who realize employees are their best asset rather than pawns.

I am burnt out from a traumatic boss in the past and not having good boundaries

Value multiple views, hire sr leaders who have previously led in a healthcare system. Acknowledge and address the perpetual corporate bureaucracy that impacts trust.

More staffing to handle workload
