Team leader needs to listen and help
Treatment of employees, with dignity
No one listens to what the staff are saying to the fix problems. Hire more staff so that we don't go home exhausted and aching. Show more appreciation for how difficult it is for staff to stay a float everyday.
They need to be less arrogant, and be more supportive of change.

Integration of diverse perspectives and prioritization of strategic goals
Learn how to communicate and not talk behind each others backs

Yearly pay increases for everyone. More autonomy for providers.
They could start by fixing their falsies operating system and stop blaming the nurses and other staff members who are trying their best to work around a bad system.
Senior leadership only cares about the bottom line, they have zero empathy or compassion which is sort of odd for a major health care operator.
