More effective meetings. People are good but we need realistic timelines.

Everyone is stretched thin. If we had more staffing and we could help each other it would be a better environment

They way work gets done needs to change. It's difficult to learn complex processes remotely.Their expectations that customer service be nearly 100% accurate all year and productivity be very high, without adequate training, is something that should change

Not every voice is heard

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

They need to be more decisive. I interviewed around 10-12 times as they tried to figure out if I could handle the job.

Less generic and putting the candidate at the center

The time that it takes to get from application to interview is very long. It is stressful for those applying, but also for those who desperately need to fill positions.

Review from Engineering Dept

Be more honest about the company

There was so many interviews, I felt like they were all asking the same questions. Maybe they could have done a board of sorts to make it move faster.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

The culture, how people are treated

Inferior products, we need to catch up with competetors

Review from Sales Dept

poor executive leadership. Product quality and product availability to support our customers safely

Review from Sales Dept

Company is removing highly qualified and high performing white employees and replacing with diverse employees with lower qualifications and performance history.

Management does not care about how much work each employee has and expects unrealistic outcomes. Do not communicate properly the regulations.

Review from HR Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Simplify, harmonize, use a common set of well defined terminology. Get rid of the excessive red tape / bureaucracy. Stop emphasizing DEI so much. Tired of hearing about this constantly. Competency is what matters, not protected classes.
