Focused on results. Clear goals.
Not much. Many of them dont have a clue about whats axtually going on. Only look at key metrics that dont always tell the whole story
A good Salary which is above industry average.
It is fair and balanced
Competitive salary and increases primarily through promotions. Annual merit increases are low. Annual bonus (MIP) payouts have decreased in recent years in the BU as enterprise level performance has become more heavily weighted than individual BU performance
