What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruitment team was extremely knowledgeable and communicative. Transparency across the entire interview team and process.

The transparency of the people I met with. Very honest dialogue about what's positive as well as where there are opportunities for improvement.
The interview portion was pretty simple, I was given a test project as well which was doable but somewhat of a tight turnaround.

Be direct and honest with the terrible benefits you provide and also disclose everything about the compensation you are offering
