What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our amazing products and the playful atmosphere of working for a toy company.

It's a playful and energetic environment.

While being purpose driven company putting quality very high, keep a very commercial and driven culture.

We have a playful, fun and casual work environment. We also recently moved down the street to an incredible new office.

Can-Do attitude and the company makes time to have fun: Halloween is an infamous internal event, and there's usually a summer outing and a smaller holiday party. This year we've gotten a couple extra days off, in light of everything.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Work life balance focus needed

Provide clearer details for roles and responsibilities
