Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Perks and benefits are very bad. Not competitive
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Lots of dysfunction at the top, which trickles down, wastes time and demotivates employees. We spend most of our time presenting to one another so the functions leaders can boast about it.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Continue to invest in our medical benefits to make them more competitive.
