What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders are extremely accessible and everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves.

The leadership team is very approachable with little to no ego. They care and they listen.
In the last year they have done a lot to innovate, improve efficiency and sustainability, and lots of other big changes which are very good for the company and long overdue. I think these changes will make the company much stronger, in spite of COVID19.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although the benefits are a bit expensive, the company has absorbed rate increases for several years in a row in order to close the gap. In addition, enhancements are made every year such as additional holidays, HSA company contribution and profit sharing all implemented in the last 2-3 years.
Solid base salary with attainable bonus goals. Profit sharing as well.
Compensation is above average. Benefits are expensive but they improve every year. Several additional holidays have been added over the past 2 years.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our amazing products and the playful atmosphere of working for a toy company.
It's a playful and energetic environment.
While being purpose driven company putting quality very high, keep a very commercial and driven culture.
We have a playful, fun and casual work environment. We also recently moved down the street to an incredible new office.
Can-Do attitude and the company makes time to have fun: Halloween is an infamous internal event, and there's usually a summer outing and a smaller holiday party. This year we've gotten a couple extra days off, in light of everything.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruitment team was extremely knowledgeable and communicative. Transparency across the entire interview team and process.
I met with a wide variety of key stakeholders. Everyone was extremely transparent.

The transparency of the people I met with. Very honest dialogue about what's positive as well as where there are opportunities for improvement.
The interview portion was pretty simple, I was given a test project as well which was doable but somewhat of a tight turnaround.
