Lots of dysfunction at the top, which trickles down, wastes time and demotivates employees. We spend most of our time presenting to one another so the functions leaders can boast about it.

Although the benefits are a bit expensive, the company has absorbed rate increases for several years in a row in order to close the gap. In addition, enhancements are made every year such as additional holidays, HSA company contribution and profit sharing all implemented in the last 2-3 years.
