What is the best part about your compensation package?

Although the benefits are a bit expensive, the company has absorbed rate increases for several years in a row in order to close the gap. In addition, enhancements are made every year such as additional holidays, HSA company contribution and profit sharing all implemented in the last 2-3 years.

Solid base salary with attainable bonus goals. Profit sharing as well.

Compensation is above average. Benefits are expensive but they improve every year. Several additional holidays have been added over the past 2 years.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Perks and benefits are very bad. Not competitive

People work for a company - they perform for their leaders

Pay fairly across the board
