My local mellow mushroom is run by an immature and unprofessional individual who does not have the emotional capability to be a general manager.

We rarely have team meetings, and I have never attended or been made aware of company meetings.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Rude, immature and incapable at emotional regulation and keeping his personal feelings seperated from the work environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Servers should be payed minimum wage, and also recieve some type of benefits. Also, I believe managers and general managers should be assessed regularly to ensure their competency of their responsibilities.
