I believe my co-workers and especially ones with the knowledge of the working of the company are the best things about my team.

We went from not enough documentation and process to too much documentation and process, there has to be a happy medium in there somewhere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the first time in my life I am under my husband's health benefits, because it cost about the same to add me and he gets money from the company put in his HSA account.
