positive, growth-enhancing company. many opportunities to learn. IT culture can be a little slow to learn, but then again, multiple areas doing high-end, innovative work. very data-oriented workforce

they try and reach out and engage, meetings with senior management
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it is not the company that's the problem. Tech wages have been stagnant for quite some time, and if I really wanted more money i could go to Amazon, or Google, or any number of financial firms.
