they try and reach out and engage, meetings with senior management
Collaborative, progressive and inventive! Entrepreneurial but for the sake of enhancing services for our employers, unions, and patients sake.
Immediate boss was very supportive.
Very respectful of the staff and everyones time. They are incredibly experienced and influential. I feel honored to work under them.
They seem to be understanding. I feel respected even as a low level employee.

Starting being more of a leader. She hates addressing issues and allows people to do whatever. No structure and people make their own schedules. She wants to make changes that put staff and patients at risk. We need help here at Commack.
Showing staff that they are appreciated. No hazard pay or incentive OT bonus when staff is critically short. Unwillingness to increase pay/benefits or address compassion fatigue/burnout among staff
Many of the execs need to learn and demonstrate servant leadership
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance, PTO, matching 401k,
Great base salary with room to grow.
Health insurance premiums are very expensive.
Medical and PTO are at top of my list
Health insurance, cokpenaation and bonus structure is really hard to beat
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it is not the company that's the problem. Tech wages have been stagnant for quite some time, and if I really wanted more money i could go to Amazon, or Google, or any number of financial firms.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are the best. They exemplify what it means to be MSK. Management had lost its way. Could be who they typically promote into leadership.
People from all walks of life supporting one another in service of helping other people live better quality lives.
There is an incredible mission at MSK and MSK truly cares about the well-being of its employees.
The most positive is getting my meal break .

Education, improve background check in employment, some of them has no knowlege about what they are working on
Everything should change, the culture is broken
Information should be shared, not used as currency

Met with different folks and made a quick decision
People i met were passionate about their jobs and got me excited. Things are totally different now.

The people I work alongside and those I serve.
Knowing i get to leave once my shoft is done. At the moment its hostile work environment and do not enjoy it
