I used to hate it because it was a bit too fast paced for me and sometimes people would be stressed. But I soon learned that it is just temporary stress that makes people act that way. Now, people are happier.

When people are nice and understanding.

It's satisfactory. I can't complain; it is very fair.

For the most part they are fun and conflict is pretty low.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be understanding. I feel respected even as a low level employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to respect each other for the most part. There are some bad apples but overall it is very collaborative.
