Every 6 months a .10 raise is issued after a competency test is taken and passed. Now, if you're a dedicated employee of 20 years, like myself, you stop getting raises or you're "capped out" as they call it. Unless a cost of living raise is issued from General Office company wide, you get no compensation for your dedicated hard work. In the past 10 years, I've received $1.00 raise, or cost of living, not a regular raise. Really makes a dedicated employee of 20 years feel unappreciated and expendable.
i can't remember- frequently in the first 6 months, then yearly. But bonus pay for weekends ($3 an hour bonus for those days).
My son has worked at Menard's for 5 years. He received a nice bonus in February. He is only a part-time employee.
