Lots of support given when needed.
They continue to educate and train the staff

Health care benefits, retaining staff with degrees and experience, and pay
Be more understanding and compassionate
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I actually don't get a benefits package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increased salary by 10k (market average at base); full paid benefits, AND ability to actually get a vacating with time earned
Not paid enough or appreciated for the work we do
If the administration cared more about their employees.

Dedication to the work and respect for others

The staff supports one another
The people on the floor care a lot.

Authentic communication from the board to superiors, and from superiors to staff
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer was very personable.
Ability to share what I'm passionate about
The setting and interviewer made me feel comfortable
