Being paid a living wage to start

Every time I get paid my paycheck is not right then when you try to call Human resources they do not answer the phone are they put you on hold for more than an hour then you have to call back unprofessional

I am currently employed by durban based and we have more than half the staff compliment on temporary lay off and not earning a salary at all , get these people paid some how as they still need to live

And increase , pension plane more for the vacation pay get paid when I'm off on a holiday and menzies to pay for the gym increase the lavatory allowance

Because I'm just a another number to them... feeling undervalued

I feel we should be getting paid 23 an hour for the job we do its physically gurgling work and we are under appreciated for what we do

I need bonus. Madical. Over time. Air tickets.

Garbage pay for working in poor weather conditions.

cause i work every day more than 11 hours and those acting "supervisors" keep pushing me to do arrival or boarding

I am a single mom and the only female that fuel planes at my location and I am not appreciated nor showed appreciation as a woman fueling planes with accuracy and speed. This position is a very important one that should be compensated at $18 an hour

Compensation is average for the industry which is fine. I would feel valued if I was treated and others were treated with respect. Respect for others is non existent at menzies aviation.

Becuase of the working conditions obviously. I can work 15 hours a day and not get a break. I am getting paid just a little more than minimum wage.

we are overworked sometimes and short staffed a lot. training is not long or extensive enough.

The available benefits are mediocre. The vacation policy isn't very generous. There are only 5 sick days a year.
