Very depressing. Severely bad equipment, bad pay. Good old boys club run management and do everything in their own power not to work. Little to no incentives. Meanwhile some co workers have bad hygiene and nothing is done about it.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Full and complete investigation of corruption.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything, especially safety and less gambling.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More money, more communication. New management.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More pay, and new management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
By being paid more. Having breaks and lunches. Bonuses such as Christmas. Stopping the pass the buck process.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't enjoy the process, it showed me that they would hire anyone that walked in the door and can pass a background check.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Becuase of the working conditions obviously. I can work 15 hours a day and not get a break. I am getting paid just a little more than minimum wage.
