Poor management at all levels. Our Senior Leader can care less about the people and it trickles to all levels of management.

Some of my peers hourly employees care. Management does not care at all. Management often joke about being there to make the most money they can and get out.

Treat employees with respect. Do not yell, curse and intimidate them. That’s the main reason why you can’t keep people. There is no teamwork amongst management and it’s evident th

Compensation is average for the industry which is fine. I would feel valued if I was treated and others were treated with respect. Respect for others is non existent at menzies aviation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Menzies aviation has the worst leadership of all companies. The leaders hace 0 interest in employees, safety or for taking care of the customers hence the poor safety record and aircraft damages that happen everyday in Denver.
