What are some of the best things about your team?My team is great! We all get along well, learn from one another, and support each other. If it wasn't for my team, I'd have left a long time ago.
What did you like most about the interview process?The interview process was fairly straightforward.
What is the best part about your compensation package?There is a minimum wage of $17/hr within the company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership teams needs better communication. They are all great people, but leadership skills are sometimes questionable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Health insurance for a family costs a lot of money and many similar organizations have a higher salary.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Leadership should thoroughly think through process updates and listen to the people doing the work for better insight. Too many decisions are made quickly without considering what others say and then the process needs to be changed repeatedly. It creates a lot of extra work for some people.
To continuously improve the quality of care in a low-resource environment.
