- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Health insurance for a family costs a lot of money and many similar organizations have a higher salary.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Leadership should thoroughly think through process updates and listen to the people doing the work for better insight. Too many decisions are made quickly without considering what others say and then the process needs to be changed repeatedly. It creates a lot of extra work for some people.
