I wasn't interested in promotion, but it seemed fairly simple. They like to promote from within as long as you were qualified.

They offered both, but I am unsure what the differences were.

Ignored. They will blame developers and screw over customers ignoring all feedback.

They think they are designing magazine ads instead of digital media. There designs make bad emails and worse customer experience.

At the Columbia location, there are 5 floors. Typically each floor is for a certain department (IT, Analytics, HR, etc). There are cubicles that are also pretty spread out from each other.

There are different leaders depending on the vertical and the client but I really enjoy the level of communication and leadership style from my current team. Lots of feedback and a consistent understanding of the work that I do on a regular basis which hasn't always been the case in my career.

Great. We have unlimited vacation, and the reality of that always means that they generally are really busy but no one is counting your vacation hours or anything and lots of work from home ability.
