Review from Admin Dept

healthcare plan is great and the pension plan is nice

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the level of work required the compensation should be higher

Just recognize the value that I’m bringing to the compan

I pay out of pocket for my medications because I hate dealing with Express Scripts. The medical insurance is more expensive than at my previous company and covers less. Annual raises are lower than when I worked for a nonprofit. It's shameful in a record profit year our raises didn't match inflation

Im not paid enough for the work i do.

Workis stressful and dept has been understaffed

Compare to colleagues, I think I'm under-compensated based on the work I do.

I believe other places pay my same position better.

Review from Admin Dept

At least increase the commission

Review from Sales Dept

we recently had a pay cut. which is ridiculous

Just received a job offer that doubled my salary.

We constantly have our Comp lowered and changed every year
