Bosses are bosses, they are NOT leaders. They don't care about employees and will do whatever they can to climb their way to the top. They will no sooner throw you under the bus so their records are clean.
My manager is a bully and the environment is toxic. The only thing that would make it better would be if I changed departments.
It does not matter how much you improve at work or what you improve in, Management is always providing negative feedback to all of their sales employees. I have never worked for a company that writes people up all the time for something that is not warranted. It’s sad when 99% of staff in a departme
