Promotions are not merit based. Executives should allow employees to have a family and life and not view it as a negative. Executives are currently cutting store level hours to bare minimum to increase SPEH which maximizes stress levels for employees and frustration for customers. Not a good outlook

Listening to employee and customer feedback. Stock employees see firsthand the effect that these policies have. Product will not move when mixed in with food that is about to, or often already has expired. Basic food training on how to identify overripe produce is clearly needed. Focus on quality
