Sometimes, decision-making can take a bit longer than expected. Streamlining this process would be beneficial.
Everyone is very open to sharing ideas and helping each other out. It makes problem-solving and project work much smoother.
They are role models. They teach and show the level that must be maintained at work.

The bonuses and performance-based rewards are excellent, and the health benefits are very comprehensive.

A little more structure wouldn't hurt. Sometimes things can feel a bit chaotic
