There is working professionals, friendly team. Nothing is wrong

I’d love to see more training programs and workshops to enhance our skill sets furthe
Improved transparency on certain decisions would be beneficial for employee morale.
A little more structure wouldn't hurt. Sometimes things can feel a bit chaotic
Communicate a bit more about future plans sometimes. It would be nice to know what's coming down the pipeline.
Maybe just a few more team-building events across different locations to keep that strong team spirit going.
