Executives say we are amongst the highest paid, however, that is false! No Raises in years. Go back to the day giving stock options or even profit sharing. Give employees quality equipment to do their job not outdated products.
Executives change things to better suit themselves no matter how it hurts the the little guys. Seniority means nothing and hire people on degrees not actual work environment knowledge. Pay people who know the business not on degrees. Take care financially of the ones who do the hard work.

Our company talks about equal pay but women's salary is woefully less that that of male peers. People are not rewarded for delivering, only manipulating/politics. Loyalty isn't rewarded, I would need to leave and work for a competitor and return to be paid what my position average pay is.
