What needs to change to make the company culture better?Making sure all the night shift crew gets as much attention as the day and mid shift crews
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Everyone needs to stop worrying about production and money. If you dont work us like robots and only m-f then we would have many more workers and everyone would come everyday knowing they were having time off. also the snow policy needs to change. I shouldnt have to risk my life to come to a job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?yes. I know its not just me either. We are worked to death with no time off. How do the front desk people get off every weekend and the ones who are actually packing and making the products the ones who dont get paid? let the ones who just sit there come and pack some boxes and maybe we will.
