It's pretty much the same no matter where you go. Sell yourself with soft lies, pretend you believe their hard lies.

The interviewer like the person who is not for money literally. You are applying because you can do anything related to your course or exp confidently and your attitude/approach must be nice.

This company does not utilize "canned" interview questions. Managers are able to speak freely and candidate questions are answered directly.
Strategic and logical questions asked during the interview were really good.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Hire some freshers/experienced engineers who has very good knowledge and updated with latest technology and pay well.
