Communication is vital and spread information to each site.
Microchip leader lives and lead according to the MCHP Guiding Values
My actual supervisor is a good person who does their best to look after their team. The rest is full of sycophants and yes men who worship the CEO as if he is the Corporate Messiah. Dan Malinaric is directly responsible for the conditions that lead to the layoffs.
being proactive instead of reactive to problems. less arrogant when it comes to customers and more respectful of employees
Review from Operations Dept
Training junior employees at Microchip because they lack some skills
Please update technology in development and improve quality in products
Being fair to all employees
When you acquire a company, they should meld into your corporation. Not act as a separate entity. The big exodus is coming to tech, Microchip is gonna feel worse than most.

RSU, stock purchase and quarterly bonuses
Fixed component and bonus are good
I receive both cash and stock. The bonus plan is fairly administered and is based on profits.
Compensation is not matching with industry standard.
I can elsewhere and make more just starting out. I believe the newest employees hired are making more than ones who have been there for years are making
getting paid as much as other co pay
Review from Engineering Dept
MCHP makes a point of paying the absolute minimum. Most people only stick around long enough to realize they will never get a raise.

All are very supportive and work is distributed evenly
Review from Engineering Dept
End the back stabbing and ensure discipline or expulsion of slackers in the production line. It's one thing, maybe, to "punch the clock," but for heaven's sake, DO THE WORK..... Most people truly DO the work, but obvious slackers infect morale and thus productivity. Wise up HR... Forego slackers!
Review from Operations Dept
Meetings are just terrible. No plan, no schedule, just a projector and some guy who did not prepare.... That is what they call a meeting.

Work life balance and constructive communication
We are a very diverse group. From day one I have heard so many employees noting positive things about Microchip. Many have been employed more than 15+ years which says a lot about employee retention.
Need more fast moving and thinking executive team, decisions are taking a lot of time.
Need to update microchip culture Trainings which is not required Need to update with latest technologies
I think being fair to all

It's pretty much the same no matter where you go. Sell yourself with soft lies, pretend you believe their hard lies.
It was a prompt process.
