Work life balance and constructive communication
We are a very diverse group. From day one I have heard so many employees noting positive things about Microchip. Many have been employed more than 15+ years which says a lot about employee retention.
I have the tools and the authority to do what needs to be done.
Its values based, so not a lot of senseless rules, its about doing the right thing and empowering employees to make ethical decisions and continue to grow professionally. Mgmt will support you, even when you screw up as long as your acting with integrity and good intentions.

Need more fast moving and thinking executive team, decisions are taking a lot of time.
Need to update microchip culture Trainings which is not required Need to update with latest technologies
