I would like a performance review to be associated with a pay review. Yearly inflation taking into consideration. Pay discussion to be used as a motivation rather then employee chasing for a review. Also salary should be fair when comparing with the rest of the team.

Salary is not on par with other companies. Benefits are not good. FLEX HOLIDAYS NEED TO NEVER BE A THING AGAIN. We need MORE holidays off, not less holidays off and given just 3 extra PTO days. Company should completely shut down the week of Christmas THROUGH NYE.
