I feel that our Covestic leader, Scott Jacocks has our back. He communicates and is open and honest.

There is no communication regarding actual performance evaluation, compensation adjustment, or benefits. When asked, leadership only gives vague answers that they "are working on it and will communicate it soon." This answer has been the same for the entire time since Milestone has taken over.

Salary and MBO. Health and 401K contributions are improving.

The ability to achieve a quarterly bonus.

Looks like current market is paying well for the same experience.

Being paid more and not tied to a bonus program which unfairly punishes you when you take time off.

There are no performance based pay increase policies, the 401k matching is paltry. Increase matching percentages, provide CONCRETE POLICY around annual pay adjustments/cost of living increases/performance based pay increases, etc.

I've been here a very long time and have not been promoted. Pay raises have been few and far in between and minimal. Definitely not indicative of my performance.

I have been on the same project for far too long with no end in sight. What started out as a normal project has turned into a managed service and I did not join Covestic to be on managed service projects for the same company for years at a time.
