It seems like top management hates the employees. Year after year they do things to the disadvantage of the workers as if workers should just accept being screwed. It is a miserable place to work.

If my pay kept up with inflation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing. This is a miserable company to work for. I am stuck here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The problem is the owners. They should sell the company to entrepreneurs who have the vision and drive to take it somewhere better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers. There is some humanity and decency among the employees. But the managers who prosper in this company seem to all have a sadistic streak.
