Everything! Communication AND MICRO MANAGING is a big thing. Switching up schedules. They can't even keep nobody from how terrible it is
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the best. Love the people I work with on my job and love my manager if only upper management would let her do her job instead of trying to run the department for her
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication better pay and upper management should really be investigated. Get threaten to get wrote up for attitude and upper man doesn't like to hear concerns or hear negative feedback about what they doing wrong or should fix
