What is the best part about your compensation package?

You can earn a living wage here, even in California.

Compensated fairly. Could be a bit better, but definitely on the better side of the equation.

MINDBODY's flex time is unlike any I've had before. I get time each paycheck that can be used for doctor visits, vacations, or any personal time needs that arise.

Medical Benefits are above average.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

the pay rate was so low and the targets were not very realistic

My manager rarely adds any positivity into our meetings and also singles people out. I would feel a lot better about my compensation if they raised my salary.
