Ministry Brands Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Quarterly bonuses rather than annual

I do think we could be paid a bit more for all the things we need to know. But I can't "complain", so to speak, because my bills are paid.

THE HEALTH INSURANCE IS GREAT

Being able to work from home is the best compensation this company can offer me.

PTO perks are very generous along with the hybrid/full remote options are nice as well.

All is good. time off allowances and holidays

we have a generous PPTO policy

The PPTO and PSSL is great. Compensation would feel like it would increase if there was a hybrid option. The cost of gas decreasing alone would make a huge impact.

THE PTO AND PSSL ARE GREAT TO HAVE

The bonuses are very helpful.

Medical, and time off in place.

Review from Admin Dept

Do not have a anything I like best about it.

PPTO and PSSL flexibility and availability

Unlimited PTO and separate PSSL.

The pay could be better, salary increase needs to improve, bonuses are fair.

the vacation and days I can use for Dr appts that don't go against vacation....

Review from Admin Dept

That I am currently employed.

For me, the free health insurance!

Review from Product Dept

The two best parts of my compensation package are PPTO and PSSL.

PPTO benefit and paid parking

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The raises we receive are a load of crap. You want us to continue to be better and do better but only give us a few cents raise once a year. People are leaving because of that.

we are underpaid especially with the cost of everything going up, i feel we should work from home some days to offset the cost of transportation.

The hourly pay needs to increase.

The amount of work I do compared to others that I know make more than I do isn't right. I love my job and our clients but my health insurance and pay says this company doesn't care about what all I can do for them.

I feel upper management just blows smoke up everyone's you know what to make everything seem okay but the longer and longer nothing changes and everything stays the same. They have talked about the possibility of going hybrid or remote for the past 7+ months.. still no progress has been made.

I think that salaries should be more competitive and discussed more.

Other companies pay a livibale wage for my position and I do not get paid enough to live on. Getting paid a livable wage would make working here better and I would be able to give this position my full attention if I was.

Review from Marketing Dept

I do not feel undervalued.

Leadership spares no expense flying all over the country to be in office. Only to be in meetings with each other the entire time. They treat themselves to the fanciest restaurants but we count pennies when it comes to internal processes which are far from frictionless. Please listen.

pay needs increased we do a lot of manual work on system also health benefits need better options for people that need better care

Pay is the same as many companies in the same industry but cost of insurance is significantly higher and other companies have flexible wfh options as well.

I feel like I am on the lower end of the pay scale but performing as a senior SME

I believe MY manager shows that i am valued and pushes a lot to fight for me. My manager tries to fight for a better raise for me, but at the end of the day it lies on upper management. i believe for the amount of work that we do does not match our pay. especially if you been here for 5+ years.

I feel undervalued because I do the job of several people but I'm not compensated to reflect it.

Review from Product Dept

I would feel better about compensation if I was compensated correctly. We are not very competitive in pay and its not like you have anything to look forward to during merit raises because no matter how well you do you will never get more than cents for a raise. Its a slap in the face

For being a 5 year veteran employee, I feel my experience and expertise is not compensated correctly.

pay does not equal work

At this point...seeing the work being outsourced to India and good people being laid off while crappy people are kept on board - nothing but money is going to make me feel better.

I believe the amount of work we do and the knowledge we have to absorb deserve more compensation than what we are currently receiving. Many companies don't do our work and get paid much more.

I am hoping the Merit this year will be better than last and Ministry Brands takes the high cost of living into consideration this time. With the new 5$ order charge and cutting good workers out to give the work to a 3rd party, we should get better pay.
